The reason for the creation of the exhibition was the completion of 190 years since the transfer of the capital of the Greek state from Nafplion to Athens. Through the rich archival material (maps, lithographs, scribbles, albums, documents, etc.), which is structured in eight sections, the new city of Athens is presented in terms of urban planning and its town planning.
